Guide to Brew
Simply add your favorite coffee grounds to the filter, and pour hot water (90′-95’C) over the top, starting at the outer rim and moving in a steady spiral toward the center of the ground for four rounds. Stop pouring when the scale reaches 215
grams of total brewed coffee. Make sure all the grounds are saturated even if you need to add little water. The pour should take around 30 seconds for
each round.
- SUGGESTION:
- One cup using 18g of ground coffee for the best output result with a ratio of 1:14. This allows for the chance of an ideal extraction.

Guide To Use

- Shake lightly to level grounds, and pull out the hanger to place on the cup.
- Slowly pour hot water ( 92'-96' C, 150 ML180ML)
- Remove and discard used filter and Enjoy!
