Refund Policy – Himalaya Cornerstone Coffee
- We do not accept returns as coffee is a perishable product.
- If your order is damaged contact us within 3 days time of delivery with proper photographs indicating the damage
- The payment of the refund which is approved will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- The support team at Himalaya Cornerstone Coffee remains available from Monday to Saturday. Sundays are non -operational.
- Cancel or update subscription before the next billing date. No refunds for shipped orders.
- If you have not received your refund payment, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us.

We take great pride in the quality of our coffee beans. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds :
- Damaged/ Incorrect Products : If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a full refund or fee replacement.
- Returns : Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
- Non- Delivery : If your order is lost in transit or undelivered we will either resent it or issue a full refund.
