CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive to offer flexibility and transparency to our customers
- Order Cancellation : You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support at ( Enter email and phone number here)
- After Dispatch : Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Subscription Order ( if applicable) : Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled dispatch.
REFUND POLICY
We take great pride in the quality of our coffee beans. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds :
- Damaged/ Incorrect Products : If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a full refund or fee replacement.
- Returns : Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
- Non- Delivery : If your order is lost in transit or undelivered we will either resent it or issue a full refund.
