They control various parameters such as temperature, airflow, and roasting time to achieve the desired roast profile which can greatly influence the final taste of the coffee. Different roast profiles can bring out different flavour notes from the beans ranging from fruity and floral to nutty and chocolates. Furthermore, skilled roasters can also adopt their technique to highlight the unique characteristics of different coffee beans whether they are from different farms each with their flavour profile. Having both the stronghold S7pro sample roasting machine is designed for small batch roasting used for quality control, experimentation, and profile processing. A 7kg and 15kg drum roasting machine is a powerful and versatile tool for medium to large-scale coffee roasting operations, offering high-capacity precision control, efficiency, and the ability to produce consistent and high-quality roasted beans. FRESH BATCH ROASTING: We have two roasting machines: an S7pro (Stronghold) sample roaster /7kg and 15kg roasting machine. We roast coffee in small batches. Provide freshly roasted coffee beans in airtight packaging with a one-way valve, labeled with the roast date, ensuring immediate delivery and instruct recipients on proper storage and brewing.
