The Only Coffee Roastery From North-East India

HIMALAYA CORNERSTONE COFFEE is the only Coffee roastery from North-East India since 5th March 2014. Coffee roasting is the essential process of transforming green beans into aromatic and flavourful roasted coffee beans. Roasters play a crucial role in this transformation. They control various parameters such as temperature, airflow, and roasting time to achieve the desired roast profile which can greatly influence the final taste of the coffee. Different roast profiles can bring out different flavour notes from the beans ranging from fruity and floral to nutty and chocolates. Furthermore, skilled roasters can also adopt their technique to highlight the unique characteristics of different coffee beans whether they are from different farms each with their flavour profile. In essence, coffee roasters are like artists using their expertise to unlock the full potential of the beans and create a delightful sensory experience for coffee enthusiasts around the world. HOW DOES CORNERSTONE ROAST ITS COFFEE? The philosophy of Cornerstone’s roastery is likely to be shaped by a combination of factors including their their values, goals, and the preferences of customers. However, a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, transparency, sustainability, education, and continuous improvement.At Cornerstone Coffee Roastery we used two coffee roasting machines with capacities of 800 grams, 7 kg and 15kg respectively. Having both the stronghold S7pro sample roasting machine is designed for small batch roasting used for quality control, experimentation, and profile processing. A 7kg and 15kg drum roasting machine is a powerful and versatile tool for medium to large-scale coffee roasting operations, offering high-capacity precision control, efficiency, and the ability to produce consistent and high-quality roasted beans. WHAT MAKES OUR COFFEE SO UNIQUE? Cornerstone Coffee Roastery stands for several reasons making it truly unique in coffee industry DIRECT SOURCING AND RELATIONSHIP: We established direct relationship with coffee farmers. By sourcing beans directly, we ensure freshness, quality and fair compensation for growers. Our commitment to ethical sourcing sets us apart. FRESH BATCH ROASTING: We have two roasting machines: an S7pro (Stronghold) sample roaster /7kg and 15kg roasting machine. We roast coffee in small batches. This meticulous approach allows us to tailor each roast profile preserving the unique flavors of different coffee origins. Provide freshly roasted coffee beans in airtight packaging with a one-way valve, labeled with the roast date, ensuring immediate delivery and instruct recipients on proper storage and brewing. ARTISNAL CRAFTMANSHIP Our skilled roasters blend science & art. They understand the nuances of temperature, time and art flow to create exceptional flavour profiles.
